Dear Parents/Guardians,
Welcome to the new school year! We are excited to partner with you and look forward to a successful year for your child.
To ensure that student information remains current and accurate, families are required to complete annual forms for each school year. Enclosed are forms that require wet (ink) signatures. Please complete all required sections and return the packet to the school as soon as possible.
The remaining annual forms can be completed online through the One Enrollment Portal at https://enroll.lausd.net. A Parent Portal account is required, and students must be linked (pinned) to your account.
Completing forms online helps:
- Save time and reduce paper use
- Minimize errors and missing information
- Ensure student information is updated immediately
- Our school serve families more effectively
Families who prefer, require, or are unable to complete forms online will be provided with a paper packet at a later time.
